The North Sydney CBD had faced 5 years of negative growth in terms of office tenancy and needed a strategy and campaign to position North Sydney CBD as the ideal base for business. Ultimately the objective was to attract investors and business tenants to the area.

Trilogy Design tendered for the project and was selected to create a targeted media campaign based on the “Where business happens” slogan. The broad reaching campaign spanned outdoor, print, TVC, specialist website and direct mail.
