What is your design philosophy?
At Trilogy Design, we always feel there has to be a better way. We believe human centred design affords us a conversations with the situation. When we established Trilogy Design, we wanted to offer a different way to the 'this is how we have always done it' ways of thinking. We want to solve human problems.
What are your design principles?
We accept ambiguity and ride the wave. We make no assumptions. We are open minded, playful and curious. We conduct research ethically, respectfully and to the highest standard. We are aware of our own biases. We believe in designing perpetual solutions. We are here to serve our clients and the people they serve.
What sort of organisations do you work with?
We work with Government, not-for-profit, start-ups, social businesses, private and public corporations.
Do you have any career openings?
We are always looking for talented and dedicated designers. We carry no tags for who we seek to work with, merely someone dedicated to tackling gigantic problems with human centred design.
What is your company structure?
We are employee owned. We share all of the challenges and opportunities together as we seek to build a leading design studio. Our decision to be employee owned is simple. Attract the best thinkers out there and ensure they share in the success.
Why offer Training Design?
We get asked this a lot. It's quite simple really and there's two main reasons. Firstly, when we provide strategic solutions to challenging problems, our customers will implement those recommendations. And with this can come immense change, which we strongly believe requires adequate training to help staff understand, adopt and implement. And secondly, we are passionate about training people. It gives the organisation a genuine strategic advantage and provides employees with a sense of being valued and an opportunity to grow. Australia has dropped the ball on this and we'd like to pick it up and help you run with it.
